Baraka Ekpo | CEO:
A motivated and driven character, he believes in harnessing the best qualities in every individual that align with the goals and ideals of our company. His vision for Sarepta is one born out of a love for his country and its citizens.
Baraka Ekpo is a native of Nigeria and spent his early childhood raised in Beltsville MD, he has lived in several countries including Nigeria, Kenya, Zimbabwe and the United States where he attended Prince George’s Community College. Here he played varsity soccer for two season and graduated as the 2013 Commencement Speaker and Honors valedictorian in accounting, among other numerous awards and scholarships obtained in his two years at the college.
Baraka is currently a senior at the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland, College Park, (a top ten public business school in the nation) pursuing a double major in accounting and supply chain management.
Despite being a highly competitive and self-motivated individual, Baraka is an entrepreneur at heart. When he isn't thinking about the big picture and figuring out short-term goals to achieve his vision of growing his Investment consulting company, Sarepta Nigeria Ltd. He also enjoys meditating on scripture, traveling and leading an active life style.
Wanjiru Davids | Managing Director:
Wanjiru has over 15 years work experience in Office Administration, Human Resource Management, as well as Customer Relations within and outside Nigeria where she has served in various roles. She has worked with Fresh Airline Nigeria Limited, Foundation for Economic Research and Training (FERT), Zawadi Investments Limited and Mid-Atlantic.
Wanjiru David's educational background is in Biological Sciences and Psychology. She is currently undergoing certification in Human Resource Management.
She is a passionate writer, blogger, life and relationship coach, youth mentor and advocate. Her vision is to see purpose discovered and actualized in the lives of people as she truly believes that success cannot be achieved without fulfillment of purpose.
Amani Hanson | Head of Marketing:
Amani Ekpo Hanson Head of Marketing(Sarepta Nigeria ltd) Holds an Associate degree in Mass Communication, a Bachelors degree in Communication Arts and a Masters degree in Management from University of Uyo and Robert Gordon University Aberdeen Scotland , respectively.
She has 4 years working experience that cuts across broadcasting, sales and marketing. Amani has the ability to effectively plan and implement projects that in turn generate profit and she does so with excellence andsimplicity being her watch words.
Ibiso Johnson | Marketing & Interior Design Consultant:
Ibiso Johnson holds a Masters Degree( Msc) in Business Management from the Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen, Scotland, UK and a Bachelor’s Degree (Bsc) in Mass Communication from Bowen University, Iwo, Osun State.
She has 9years experience working in the financial sector specifically in investment banking, building and managing lasting relationships, executing money and capital market decisions on behalf of clients and managing their investment portfolio.
Based on her passion for interior design and beautiful spaces she left the financial sector and worked in the built environment at The Tile Gallery Limited, managing the marketing and sales of marble, natural stones, tiles, kitchen and bathroom fittings to clientele both in Nigeria and West Africa.
When Ibiso is not working, she enjoys baking, reading and playing tennis.
Biobele West | Marketing & Interior Design Consultant:
Biobele West, Graduated from University of Science and technology Rivers State with BSC in Business Education Option.
Worked with Clean house Africa as the interior decorator, also did the remodelling of the Government house VIP hospital Bayelsa, also part of the team that did the Visa Karena hotel, the house of Madam Patience Jonathan, and other personal house interior projects.
Akan Hanson| Director of logistics (remote):
Akan Hanson holds a Bachelors Degree in Environmental protection and Resource management and a Masters Degree in Purchasing and Supply chain management from the University Of Calabar and the Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen.
He has a ten year working experience that spans the Retail, Telecommunication and financial Sectors. Akan has a great eye for details, a practical approach to problem solving and a drive to see things through to completion.
Nkiru Levite-Ikemeh Company Secretary:
With over ten years in the legal profession, Nkiruka Levite-Ikemeh serves as the Company Secretary/Legal Adviser to Serepta Nigeria Ltd. Prior to this, she was the Head-of-Chambers at Martlaw Legalminds; Head of Corporate Services and Senior Counsel at Emeka Etiaba SAN &Co; Legal Officer/In-house Counsel at Swap Technologies&Telecomms Plc; Counsel at S.Oyawole &Co.
Her expertise spans across Corporate Practice, Litigation, Entertainment Law, and Commercial Practice.
Nkiruka who holds her Bachelors Degree from the University of Uyo, Akwa-Ibom State, and a Masters Degree from the prestigious University of South Africa (UNISA), is also a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators UK (ACIArb), a member of the Professional Negotiators andMediators of Nigeria.
Aniekan Eshiet Head Architect:
Aniekan Essiet is a motivated, young, talented and driven architect. After graduating from the University of Uyo and completing his NYSC recommendation, he began his pursuit of an M.SC in architecture. Aniekan has worked with several architectural firms within the country.
As a young and skillful professional in his field, Aniekan brings to Sarepta Decor 7amp; Construction a depth of knowledge and expertise in the art of architectural renderings and on site building management and construction. His skill set and qualifications align with our organizations goal of building Nigeria.
As a well connected and multi-faceted professional Arc. Essiet is an invaluable asset to Sarepta Nigeria Ltd. as is his network base and reach.
Ibanga Nsikak | Site Manager :
He studied at the University of Calabar, Cross River State, Nigeria and graduated with a Bachelor of Science Honors degree in Banking and Finance. Following his graduation from the University in 1997, he joined Leaders and Company Limited, Publishers of THISDAY Newspapers and worked as a senior reporter in the business desk of the paper with responsibility for covering and reporting on the money/capital market and energy sectors of the economy.
From Thisday, he moved on to the financial sector and worked in various banks such as Midas Merchant Bank, Assurance Bank Plc, IMB Int’l Bank Plc, Finbank Plc and FCMB. In Finbank he was responsible for relationship management, credit origination, analysis and administration. Apart from extensive experiences gained as a banker, he is also a project management professional and has undertaken various professional and personal development courses and training programs over the years.
Andikan Ibanga| Project Director
Andikan Ibanga holds a master of Environmental Design Degree from the University of Lagos. He is NEBOSH certified with ten years of progressive experience in diverse functional areas built around the Building Industry with proven record of success in design process, and project coordination.
He is a project manager with value driven potentials and skills acquired in Construction Management, Project Management and Building Maintenance within a fast-paced, highly professional environment that places premium on excellence. He has been involved in various individual and commercial projects for the banking , real estate, oil and gas sectors of the economy.
He is the director of projects for the company with responsibility for the planning and implementation of actual projects in line with clients demands.
Bruno Umoffia | Structural/Project Engineer:
Bruno Umoffia is the holder of a BSc (Hon) Civil Engineering and a PGD in Business Administration from the University of Uyo. He is registered with the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) as well as Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN). He comes with over 10 years' hands-on practical experience gained from working in the private and public sectors where he has provided strong modeling skills, engineering analysis and design, supervisory, quality analysis, research and support on various large scale projects. Bruno was involved the supervision of the construction of the Phase 1 of Akwa Ibom International Airport as well as in the design of On-Shore and Off-Shore Platforms for Mobil Producing Nigeria, Nigeria Liquefied and Natural Gas Co. (NLNG), Seplat Petroleum Development Company, Shell Nigeria Exploration and Production Company (SNEPCo), Chevron Nigeria Limited (CNL) etc.
He has also been certified in Airport Maintenance and Management and Aviation Ground Safety form Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, USA and has completed 30 Hours Hazardous Material Technical Level Training from Murray State University, USA.
